GARMENT HIRE

Thank you for your interest in hiring one of our garments. Please read through the rental hire conditions as listed below. If agreed, fill the form to receive a recent lookbook from us. 


1. Booking and Payment:

a. Fill the form below to state your interest in hiring one of our garments (purpose, creative team, rental period, location, etc. ).

b. Invoice will be sent out, upon confirmation of rental.

c. Invoice will include garment hire fee, and postage fee where applicable. 

d. Payment methods accepted include credit/debit cards, online transfers, or other methods specified by BAAQIY.

2. Rental Period:

a. The standard rental period is 3 days, starting from the date of collection/delivery.

b. Extensions may be available upon request and are subject to availability.

3. Collection and Return:

a. Customers can collect the garment from the designated BAAQIY location or opt for delivery (additional fees may apply).

b. The garment must be returned by [time] on the last day of the rental period.

c. Late returns may incur additional charges.

4. Condition of Garment:

a. The garment will be provided in good condition, and customers are expected to return it in the same condition.

b. Customers are responsible for any damage, loss, or theft of the garment during the rental period.

c. Normal wear and tear are expected and will not incur additional charges.

5. Cleaning:

a. BAAQIY will provide freshly cleaned garments for each rental.

b. Customers are not required to clean the garment before returning it.

c. Stains or damage that require special cleaning may result in additional charges.

6. Cancellations and Refunds:

a. Cancellations made 2 days prior to the start of the rental period are eligible for a full refund.

b. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 1 day of the rental period.

7. Size and Fit:

a. Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size based on the information provided by BAAQIY.

b. BAAQIY may offer exchanges for a different size, subject to availability.

8. Security Deposit:

a. A security deposit may be required at the time of booking to cover potential damages or late fees.

b. The deposit will be refunded within 3 days after the garment is returned in satisfactory condition.

9. Liability:

a. BAAQIY is not responsible for any injury or allergic reaction caused by the garment.

b. Customers are advised to check the garment for any defects or issues upon receipt.
